How to go Pattaya by Train from Bangkok

From Hua Lamphong Railway Station (Bangkok Railway Station), visitors can catch the 6.55 a.m. train from Monday to Friday and reach Pattaya’s Sukhumvit Road, where you can then get a Songthaew to the city.



This mode of transport takes around three hours and forty minutes and costs 31 baht. Vice versa , trains depart Pattaya at 2.20 p.m.

How to go Pattaya by Bus from Bangkok

You can hop on an air-conditioned bus from Bangkok’s Eastern Bus Terminal (Ekkamai) or the Northern Bus Terminal (Mo chit Two –owing to its vast area, please observe the sign showing bus services to the Eastern region), to Pattaya’s main bus terminal located on Pattaya Nuea (North Pattaya Raod) near Sukhumvit Road.



It take about two and a half hours and costs around 120 baht. Buses leave every 30 minutes.When arriving at the main bus terminal in Pattaya, visitors can wait for red Songthaews that will take them to the main Beach Road.

Futhermore, there is a bus service from Suvarnabhumi Airort directly to Pattaya’s main bus terminal. Vistiors can buy a ticket at the airport’s Transport Centre. Buses leave every two hours and cost around 110 baht.
